Dane-elec DDR 512mb - OC?

I got a stick of Dane-elec 512mb DDR 3200 memory and cant overclock it couse of my mobo (asrock K7S8X) so I wonder if any of you guys has overclocked this memory and if it is any good?
Im gonna buy a DFI Infinity and was wondering if I should keep the Dane-elec and get another for total 1 gig of Dual ddr or if I should get new memory?

I have a Dane Elec 512mb 3200 running at 440Mhz at 2.7 volts. cas 2.5 i think.
runs with no problems. cand get any higher though but that may be the motherboard holding me back (msi k7n2 delta ilsr)
