fonts in ie6

I don't know what it is but on my girlfriends computer the internet explorer displays some of the text in an unreadable small font. Even when it is magnified it remains unreadable. I attempted to change the font under the internet options but it made no difference at all. Any ideas.. thanks for the help.

is this one one particular site, or every site you go to. you can try holding your left ctrl key down and rolling the wheel on your mouse up and down to adjust the font. however, if you are at a page that has a fixed style, like here at tweaktown, the font size won't change. ;)
