BS Spyware Part 2 - Menu in IE

Guys one more piece of advise please .... how do I get rid of a annoying piece of spyware crap on my system that puts up a new menu toolbar each time IE refreshes itself.

The extra toolbar is called RectBoobMulti .. and is ment to be some BS search engine. I did a search in the registry for its entries and have found a few locations

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\MATHMAPI
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\MATHMAPI.1
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{445B6247-9AFF99FD8-B661-01EDB4EFFB4C}

My question ...

How can I remove this annoying toolbar ... none of the spyware programs have picked it up .. have used adware and spybot ..

Is is safe to remove those registry entries for those keys ?

Guys no need to reply ... I read some links from Mr C and downloaded Hyjack This .. it found the menu and I was able to delete it ..
