Not long now, im gettin my Leadtek A250 TI4400 in less than 1 hour :).
But i can't put it in my machine till tonight - at which time i am going to a LAN, hehe - but it is one of the first Leadtek in brisbane - the ASUS card have been here since friday last week - but the leadtek were only here tuesday afternoon. Took three days to get to my store!!! geez im gettin a good price tho :) and if it overclock only to GF4 4600 levels i'll be happy (300core/650ram).

hows the ti4200 compare to a geforce3 ti500 ?

03-28-2002, 08:34 PM
What is the 4200 - Like a GeForce2 MX?

03-28-2002, 08:56 PM
The Ti4200 is the same basic card as the other Ti series models, but has slower memory onboard. It may very well be the sweet spot between performance and price since it is supposed to be selling for about US$200 (The MX460 boards are set to sell at about $180). We'll just have to wait and see about that though.

Sorry daedalus, but I haven't tested any of the Ti series yet. We'll just have to wait a bit and see what happens. The Ti4200 is due to be in stores sometime in April on a mass scale.

i can get some 3dmark results of the ti4600 i got for a customer yesterday as compared with the previous card the person had which i think was a gf2mx

03-29-2002, 10:43 AM
That's not even a fair comparison.

03-29-2002, 10:49 AM
nah but it'll make the 4600 look good ;)
