Power supply is a dog

Well I like dogs ...but not this power supply. I have a $5 us pos power supply that flucuates like my bowels after chili . I have a decent set up but this thing hogs me from getting any stable overclock . I have p4p800 ,2.8 (800 mhz ), 4 x 256 geil ultra 3500 , 9800 pro , audigy z, and linksys wireless card . I am looking for a power supply that is stable and enough power for future pc .. about a fx- 55 ...adjustable rails would be good or clutter free cables . I only run hard drive and cd ... maybe will run 2 hard drives later .. Thanks

I'd suggest this Thermaltake as it's enough for you and great for the price, but this will be enough for pretty much any desktop system and should be useful for quite some time.
