    What:
    Company Futuremark world famous for its system benchmarking tools has released there 2005 installment of its very sucessful 3DMark used to measure Graphical capabilty.3 DMark'05 features three new game tests and two new cpu tests. Along with a variety of other features such as graphing which is avaliable in the Pro versions (Graphing is a feature that lets you export various benchmark results into Microsoft Excel for a better in-depth analysis and comparison).

    The minimum requirements to run 3DMark'05 include:
    A graphics card with Pixel Shader v2.0, 128Mb of memory, DirectX v9
    A processor with the SSE instruction set running at 2.0GHz+
    512Mb of system ram
    1.5Gb of hard disk space

    The software you need to run 3DMark'05 include:
    Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP with the latest Service Packs
    Microsoft DirectX v9.0c
    Microsoft DirectX 9 Summer Update 2004 SDK (Needed for image quality tests featured in the Pro version)
    Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (Needed to show system stats)
    Microsoft Excel 2000+ (Needed for new graphs function featured in the Pro version)
