Yes. They are what I use along with CWShreder, Hijackthis and SpywareBlaster (prevention)

Thanks for the article. I ahve heard alot of good things about GIANT but I am fine with what I ahve now and never have any spyware problems..

Yep, and KoolDrew's right on this one. However, you might consider switching to Mozilla Firefox (link in my sig) as it's very unlikely you'll ever get any spyware while using it, not including spyware programs you download and run.
