Need Help fast new Motherboard

I just bought new motherboard cpu, hard drive I have

Asus A8V Deluxe soket 939 for amd cpu
system bus 2000MT/s
dual-channel DDr400
CPU is AMD Athlon 64 3500+ socket 939
Hard drive Western Digital 120 sata power
DDR400 Kinston 1G
AGP is Geforce 4400 TI

I got it put togather boot up and I have a black screen monitor is in like stand by mode so I have no picture to adjust my Bios and voice says System failed due to cpu overclocking I need help getting a Picture on this computer please help
