Bios

i have award bios for my board i went 2 thier site 4 bios update and in the bios update section they gave a number 2 call at and a guy would come 4 bios updat the problem is the place i live is far away and it would b really inconvenient for the guy to come over for the update, i searched the net for any AWARD BIOS update dowld i didn't take any chances coz if screw up my system's gone.......
so plz suggest a solution A.S.A.P

Go to the maker of the mainboard's website for the BIOS update not Award's.
