  • Reboot = More Memory ?

i have recently bought a 512 mb ddr 400 mhz pc 3200 ram module and installed it alongside another similiar module ( now i have 1024 mb of ram ). After doing this i noticed my computer suddenly reboots with no aparent reason.

Also i have ran several Bios information tools and all of them say that my pc has 4096 MB of memory.

I would like to know if these things are connected and how can i solve them.
