spyware removal done right!

I just gave Microsoft's beta antispyware a try... and I have to say that I am impressed.


This is the results I got directly after running a startup scan with spybot.

It also maintains your lp protocols.

You can easily schedule updates and scans.

Comes with 3 active protection utilities that work quite well.

I'm not impressed. Try running a scan with it, then run spybot and/or adaware. You will still find things M$/GIANT's app missed.

Don't get too attached to it either, there is a very good chance M$ will starting charging for it's use once it exists beta.

my guess is it will be priced similar to webroot spysweeper [approx #30/yr].

I do like Giant's SpyNet as a way for them to find out about new threats thats one part of it that seems to work best..

actully i did microsofts thing after i did spybot and adaware and it found a adware that did not apear on adaware nor spybot. I recomend it.

Microsoft bought Giant Software so that is why Microsoft's spyware program is so similar.
