i get an error 1305 when trying to install a game (VTMB). it happens near the end of disk 2; the disk is fine, ive checked and also replaced one copy.
i asked microsoft for a hint or two but that was a complete waste of time. the publisher's support was a bit more helpful, but didnt fix the problem.
ive seen posts on other forums talkinga out editting the windows registry for some reason (i wont lie and say i understand fully) but i was hoping there was a problem with windows or the installation that i could fix, rather than just replacing the hardware as the companies involved with the game have suggested.
