Thought I would give this blog a try after doing the normal searches and coming up dry.
I used to have a form for having non-profits sign before accepting donated computer equipment. It was not real specific, but did convey a transfer of ownership as well as a reponsibility for the new owner to dispose of the product in an enviromentally freedly mannor.
I can not find the form as it has been 5-6 years. The forms I have seen would scare a non-profit off from taking an otherwise good donation.
Does anyone have a form that would serve this purpose. Again I am the donor, and need a form to relieve me of any future liabilities.
