my brother has a toshiba a70-rt1 but for some unknown reason it won't turn on at all. You push the power button on it starts but stops after a couple of seconds. The power light remains on, but nothing happens on the screen(always stays black) and the fan and harddrive sound like they've stopped spinning. I've tried using only the battery, only the power cord, and both. I've taken out all peripherals and it still won't start. He said he had been using it as per norm and had turned it off properly when he used it the night before. I have no idea what is the problem any advice, tips, etc would be greatly appreciated.
