Need Help Over clocking!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey sup

Listen i have a really bad computer and a ok graphics card and im trying to overclock it. i have no idea where to begin. i have a program called Riva Tuner but afraid tht i mite damage my card. please help

here are da specs
2.20GHz Intel Pentium 4
512Mb ram
ATi Radeon X700 Pro 256mb GDDR3
120GB Hard drive

im a noob and dont kno much about overclocking. please help. also if u can tell me how i can get more fps in games (i.e. counter-strike: source)

Google and download ATITool. Open it, and use the "find max core" and "find max mem" options until you start getting yellow dots in the cube on the left. When you do, turn the speed you're testing (either core or memory) down by about 5MHz, and go test the other speed if you haven't already.

Also, make sure you have the latest Catalyst drivers from www.ati.com. If you don't, download the new ones; uninstall your current ones; restart the computer; install the new ones. Do this before installing ATITool.
