Need help get this error when itstalling OFFICE...

Error 1305. Error reading from file:
D:\PFiles\MSOffice\EXCEL.EXE. Verify that the file exists and
that you can access it.

I assume drive D: is an optical drive with the install disk in it? Has it had problems properly reading disks before? Have a look at the disk and be sure that it is clean and without scratches.

OK i ran the disk from e drive & i get this msg
