I am currently building a new computer and need an experts opinion on the PSU that will be powering my system..First off here are my systems specs:

AMD Athlon 3700+ (socket 939)
1 gig of RAM
most likely the X800gto (unless somebody has a better idea its priced at $150)
A older maxtor 120gb HD
NEC-DVD RW

My question is will the power-supply from this case (http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16811195004) be enough?

Probably not. A socket 939 system with a powerful video card generally needs a 480W or higher PSU from a good company. A 450W that comes with a case is probably not good enough.

Gotcha thanks can you suggest a good PSU for a reasonable price?

The Antec Smartpower 2.0 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103937) on newegg right now has a great price and will be more than enough. You probably can't get a decent 480W+ PSU for anything less.
