When i d/l a 3D screensaver it tells me me that i need to install DirectX. I have it installed. When i reinstalled it, it says that d/l was successful. Google Earth uses DirectX and i have no problem. When i go to a site that has 3D screensavers ,they work on site but not when i d/l. Can i uninstall DirectX safely and reinstall? I have windows xp. Dell told me to install SP2 which i have. Thanks
