3dmark 06 wont open and install

3dmark 06 wont open i click on it but it doesnt open. i havent even installed it yet it doesnt make any sense. plz help, ps anyone know how to make an x800xl send a 1080i signal to a hdtv monitor through dvi it for some reason wont send to my monitor.

3.2ghz HT OC 3.6
2 gigs ram pc 3200
x800xl oced little
200 gig HDD
monitor is SCEPTRE X20G-NagaIII
