P3 Vs Celeron

Hi people, I got an issue, I'm running a p3 1 ghz as you can se.
I'm in need of a faster cpu cause it's a bottleneck to my vga card, Now i've got a chance to get a celeron 1,3 ghz instead. I know that it's not the "best" processor but it is infact 300 mhz faster than my current system, but it's also 33 mhz slower bus than my current p3. Do you think I can increase my benchmarks etc with the celeron or should i stick with my p3 until i can afford a better overall computer?? (Both processor's got 256 kb cache)
I clock my p3 to 1,2 ghz with no problems at all.
The celeron should atleast make it to 1,5 ghz overclocked...
My god this is a real pain in the but... HELP ME PLEASE!

Yes as that m/b will support that CPU and by all accounts it's a pretty good overclocker too so you should have no probs with it and get better performance. :smokin:
