BYTECC "Backup Star" External Enclosure - USB 2.0 Backup

I recently purchased the Backup Star Model ME-808 and must say I'm quite disappointed at this stage. The full backup works fine but the one touch incremental back up always fails. It seems to go through the process fine but when I check the log it tells me the back up failed because..."The Destination Path is not available".
I've tried to contact the company on three occasions but they don't answer emails, so my experience with this product and the company is anything but positive. Maybe someone out there has had a better experience????

Can anyone give me some advice on how to resolve the problem I'm having with incremental backups?

Can you find out where exactly the issue occurred? If, for example, comes up when it reads a particular folder, only backup that folder to another location if you want...to see if you can replicate the error.

The error might be from your original data drive, and not the new one.
