P35C-DS3R rev1.1 vs rev2.0

G'day,

Could anyone enlighten me please what are the chnages from rev 1.1 to rev 2.0. Are the components on the MoBo improved or are there any additional features )

As far as I know the only difference is the number of rear USB ports available. 8 on v2 and 4 on v1. also v1 has a serial port.
