  • Question for protecting optical media against harm

A long time ago, (okay, 4 months isn't very long, is it?) I have heard about a kind of really thin "film" that sticks onto optical media to protect it from scratches. Anyone knows what is it?

    Thanks!

P.S: If you are living in Canada, don't forget to pin that poppy.

EDIT: Okay, So it may be a little late for the poppy. :)

    Yeah, they were called D-Skins.

Their intro advertising was great, but you couldn't find them in stores.

Yup... Gone to Malvern Town Center, nope. Gone to several EB Games stores, (it was on their site) nada. And then hop to the Scarborough RT, then the Subway and go to Best Buy, zilch! Looks like you aren't gonna find these, darn.
