DS3R Memory problem? Stuttering when opening new program

Hey guys. I am having a problem with my system stuttering when I open new programs. Most noticeably programs that use a lot of memory like firefox. It is highly annoying because you cant enjoy music when you get a 3 second stutter every few minutes.

I am fairly sure it is a motherboard/memory problem because I was having similar problems on a different computer when the memory timings were set incorrectly.

My system specs:

Gigabyte GA P35 DS3R rev 2.1
E2180 @ Stock (waiting to fix this problem before I OC)
OCZ Gold 6400 800Mhz 2GB (2x 1GB)
8800GT 512mb
Sound Blaster Audigy SE
Samsung DVDRW
2x 250GB hard drives
CM 550W PSU

Cooling
D-Tek Fuzion
Swiftech Northbridge Block
Swiftech 320 rad
Swiftech Micro Res
Swiftech MCP655

I have tried 1.8-2.16 voltage for memory, still nothing.
I have tried 5-5-5-15 and 5-5-5-12 and still nothing.

I have the same board, Try bios version F11, it fixes ALOT of problems....
