I have got an E8400 on the way, and want to know if my board will support the .5 multipliers. If not, any word on a new BIOS that will?

Re: .5 Multi Support P35-DS3R?
Well, I guess you're looking at the wrong BIOS. I shall have to wait until a BIOS comes out that supports it. No bigggie though. Why would I want to use 8.5 when 9 is available?i7 3770K, 47X100= 4.7GHz at 1.33V, ASROCK Z77 Extreme4, 2 X 4GB Patriot Viper Black Maba DDR3 1600, GTX 590, 2 X Corsair Force 3 120GB SSDs in RAID 0, Barracuda SATA 7200.10 500GB, Barracuda SATA 7200.11 1000GB Back Ups, OCZ ZX 1250W, Z-5500s, LG Blu Ray Player/DVD Burner, Koolance CTR-CD12 Fan/Pump Controller, Windows 7 X64 Professional, HAF X. Re: .5 Multi Support P35-DS3R?
Did I press Ctrl F1? No. They stopped requiring that to see the advanced settings some versions ago.
Did I look in MIT? Yes.
I see that tech support is thin on this "Support" site. Will probably go back to a DFI solution soon. Good support on that website!i7 3770K, 47X100= 4.7GHz at 1.33V, ASROCK Z77 Extreme4, 2 X 4GB Patriot Viper Black Maba DDR3 1600, GTX 590, 2 X Corsair Force 3 120GB SSDs in RAID 0, Barracuda SATA 7200.10 500GB, Barracuda SATA 7200.11 1000GB Back Ups, OCZ ZX 1250W, Z-5500s, LG Blu Ray Player/DVD Burner, Koolance CTR-CD12 Fan/Pump Controller, Windows 7 X64 Professional, HAF X. Re: .5 Multi Support P35-DS3R?
Right, you have to still press Cntrl + F1 to see all options. I have not used a .5 multi cpu so I am not sure that is indeed in this bios or not though. Also after you flash to the newest one, go in a select optimized defaults and save and apply then come back in and reset everything, and look for .5 multi
