At that low of speeds I would think possibly bad ram, hey it happens to them all! I was going to suggest maybe you need a fan on the NB for using 4 sticks, but at 667 you should have no issues unless the ram is bad. Have you tested the sticks in singles

And hey, what is test 7? I always use 2 and 5, is 7 a good one to run?

And does this happen on a NON beta bios as well?

      Re: ga-p35-ds3l & memtest problem

it happens on bios f4/f7 and f8a

no have not test mem in singles

i have no problems when i use any combination of 2 1GB ocz sticks at stock speeds just mem voltage @ + .3

problems start when i have 3 sticks in ,have problems extracting instlation file for e.g (crysis demo) says bad cd, file ,etc "try download again "but with only 2 sticks in it unzips and install OK. system hangs in post a odd time hit reset button and then it ok

dose 4GB of this memory usually works ok on this board

test 7 ? not 2 sure but it fails on it

if the ram is bad how come it passes memtest when only 2 or 3 sticks are in?

        Re: ga-p35-ds3l & memtest problem

Have you tested all 4 sticks separately? you should.

For 4 sticks you may need +.1 or .2 on MCH, try that and see if it helps any
