Hey!
the first thing i'm new here.

to the thing now:

i play Css ( counter Strike Source ) often.
but i have a ping at 70+ and Fps a have 5+.
i need help!
what can i do to improve my Ping and Fps ?

ohh i forgot

My specs are:
Intel Celeron CPU 1.70 GhZ
Hightech Radeon 9600SE
1.24 Gb Ram

Get a new processor. My guess is your Processor is bottlenecking your system..

Whats wrong with a 70ping?

No, my computer can't take more then 1.7 MAX 2

My advice is to get a new computer.
