Well i said to hell with the ASUS board and went and bought an ABIT KX7-333R and ya know I had some probs with it too. Well today I fixed all those probs by doing something so simple. I added just a tad bit more thermal paste and everything works peachy. Well i took out the XP2100 chip and put in another XP2100 chip that i thought I destroyed by chipping the corner. Put on the thermal paste and hooked it all up and it works just fine. Well I have been playing with it and upping the voltage and right now i have it at about 2.1 gigs with temp at about 45.5... Its running better then ever and this board is sweet! So anyone wonna buy a brand new xp2100 processor let me know lol (the non damaged one)!
