    Hello,
    This is my first build and I'm only slightly familiar with BIOS settings. The Motherboard is the EP45-UD3P Rev.1 The other system info is in my signature. I have some of the settings done but I don't understand some of the other settings. Here are the settings which I have done at this time:

      As I was going through and changing all of the settings I noticed that for the MCH Core you gave me a setting for 2x2GB of ram and I have 4x2GB does that need to be higher since I have 4 sticks of ram?

        Well lowest you can get stable is best. With 8Gb you may need 1.25-1.35 MCH

        Let us know how you get along
