ThermalTake 7+ Fan - Suck or Blow?

Does the fan on the thermaltake 7+ suck onto the HS or blow air away from it, causing a suction effect? I am on the verge of a cool mod for my case, and it hinges on this information... :afro:

The Volcano series HSF units all blow air down onto the heatsink.
