MSOE.DDL could not be loaded

Outlook Espress wont load because of.................
The only thing i have done is install another external modem
how do you get back the ddl.......please

reinstall IE6 (if winxp add/rem IE) with all options checked, that should fix it...

Aparantly if you manually uninstall express & install again
is the fix......... some fix....... SOMETHING TO DO WITH old & newer
files
I only have IE5 should i stay with this or gowith IE6

I have uninstalled now................ to find the disk???

Definately upgrade to IE6 as not only is it more secure it is also more stable plus the self repair function (which started with later IE 5.1) is very handy. ;)
