hi.
my build:
asus m4a785td-v evo
amd II phenom x4 945
2x2gb ddr3 a-data 1333mhz
radeon hd 4870
corsair 650w tx
my computer simply won't boot with dual-channel config. pc starts, fans are running but i get no post or display on screen. doesn't matter which slots i'm using, the results are the same as long as they are set on dual.
i tried my ram-sticks in single-channel, each on different color slots and that works perfectly. and also when only using one of them.
i tried running memtest86 for 15 hours and not one error could be found.
what really bugs me is the fact that these memories worked flawlessly in dual on my previous motherboard, which is the same brand as this one.
i rma'd it because of voltage problems and they gave me an identical brand. now instead of voltage errors i get ram problems.
help would be much appreciated.
