Kudos to Nexus for trying but they are going to lose a bunch of money on this one. The Scythe Kama Angle tried the same approach and gave better performance due to a better fan with less noise. I'll stick to the Scythe Mugen 2 - great cooling, low noise at half the price.

A bit pricey for middle of the road cooling. I'm with Optix and say Mugen 2, efficient and cheap. As for the question in your review Chad, I say: seal clapping.

I'd like to see this cooler with the Mugen 2 fan (Scythe Slip Stream - 26db/74CFM) on it. I bet you'd get some good numbers then.

The idea of an angled heatsink is great for those of us with motherboards that don't have mosfet heatsinks, especially if the system is overclocked.
