    Dear Saber

I believe the BIOS default setting would be the best setting if you don't want to overclock your system.
Following are the configurations I tested for your question.
    CPU: 661
    DRAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3-1600-2G (2pcs)
    VGA card: 8400GS
    Power Supply: 450w
    HDD: seagate 500G
    ODD: LG-DVD drive.

System is stable during our testing.
Please keep you BIOS as default setting for your using.

    Thanks!

    Best Wishes

      Re: Optimal Bios Settings

I cannot leave bios default settings because if i do I always get BSOD when trying to boot Win7 or Vista (haven't tried xp).
Something regarding Irq_channel (a little google digging and they suggested its something related to ram)

Bios version is 1.00 should I update?
