Asrock P55 Pro new build won't completely boot

I've completed my build basically

Asrock P55 Pro
i5 750
4gb Kingston ram DDR3
ATI HD5850

Now I'm booting it for the first time and the fans all go off and it seems to start for like 5 seconds, then it turns off again and then back on after like 3-4 sec. No beep's of any kind. I can't figure out what's wrong.. Any tips?

Hi, did you find out what was happening? the same is happening to my new build!?

In my case I had put the memory in the wrong slots.
