TV-Out on D-Sub (VGA) - M3A785GMH/128

Does anyone know if the VGA output (D-Sub connector) on the M3A785GMH/128M motherboard supports TV-Out. I have an older TV that I want to connect to a computer built with this motherboard. I can get a VGA to S-video cable but it said that won't work if the VGA output does not support TV-Out. I know I could connect via HDMI if I had an HDTV, but I don't in the room that I want to make the connection.

Would appreciate any advice on this.

The answer is it won't work. What should work though is one of those converter boxes like this.

Thanks foxxx428 for the response. I have been looking at converter boxes very similar to the one you referenced as an alternative if the TV-Out scenario did not pan out. I just didn't want to go to the expense of buying the converter if a simple cable would have worked.
