Here are my components:
ASRock 890FX DELUXE3 AM3 AMD Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 945
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5830
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600
COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 600W
My problem:
Assembled all the components yesterday. When I go to power on, all fans come on, but no boot and the HDD and DVD drive fail to spin up. No beep from onboard speaker. The keyboard I have connected through USB has its backlights flickering on and off really quickly. The motherboard POWER and RESET switches are also flickering blue. After trying a different power supply, the same things are happening. If I unhook the PSU from the motherboard and jump start it, it will spin up the HDD and DVD drive.
