Ok, so my only choise is to change the multiplier?
I can do that and change it so the cpu runs around 2,5 ghz i've seen... Did it once just to try.

Locked means you can't change the multiplier

On intel products you can only change the FSB frequency

Yes, my misstake, i have changed the CPU/PCI from 133/33 to a higher setting and that maked my cpu go faster, i had it up to around 2,5 ghz. Is this safe? :)

Two things to check for "SAFETY" as you can't check it directly is:

CPU Temperature (assuming you are monitoring that)

            or

Stability (does it run CPU intensive tasks such as looped benchmarks with out crashing)

Really, you should do both. The P4 will throttle back automatically if it gets too hot which makes it much more difficult to fry than an AMD.

yea well you really can't fry an AMD by overclocking it too much...it will just crash...although u can try taking off teh HSF:D
