Just moved my i920 to a new Asrock X58 Extreme motherboard and have had issues running this stable with any overclock above 3.6ghz.... This is a cpu that has been benchmarked at 4.0 and 4.2ghz on Gigabyte motherboard, unfortunately this board was damaged rehousing it in a new case....
I have Cas 8 PC 1600 ddr Super Talent ram, so this should not be an issue, mem test reports no issues with memory...
I have tried OZOC at 4.00, 3.9, 3.8 and computer crashes withing 5 mins using OCCT even though cpu temps are in mid 50's (on water)...... I am using bios 2.4. I am desperate to get it up and running at 4.00ghz....
If I can't do this with EZOC can you guys [please share manual settings that work for you?
