ASRock Alivenf7g HD320p - Compatibility issue

I have (actually, I had) a PC with a main board ASRock Alivenf7g HD320p (Athlon Dual Core, four RAM sticks DDR2-800) . Now the board is gone.
Are there compatibility specifications among main boards so that I can narrow down the choice for a new one?
