Raid options with 890FX Deluxe3

Greeting all,

I'm building a new system with a raid 1 boot for the Win7 x64 with two WD Caviar Blue 640's. Can anyone tell me whether I can change that to a raid 10 at a later time without breaking the array? I'm using the on-board controllers for this.
