I cannot confirm or deny if this desktop system will have an ASUS motherboard. ASUS is involved with multiple distribution partners, but we here at ACI (ASUS Computer International) deal with open platform distribution to partners like system integrators Origin PC, Falcon Northwest, CyberPower and retails companies like Fry's, MicroCenter, etc. However, for OEM products, like HP for example, you would need to contact HP about.

Asus has restructured its manufacturing operations in recent years. The Pegatron brand name now handles OEM manufacturing of motherboards and components.
