Can you use a Wheel / Mouse combo for GTA 3 (PC)

Is it possible to use a wheel for driving and the mouse for walking ? Or something like that ?

Not that I know of. If it is possible I haven't found a setting for it. I just use the "standard" settings which are the same as the quake 3 controls. You can try plugging on in but I'm almost sure it can't be done. I know you can use controllers I've seen the gamepad pro's play before. Same ones as playstation controlers.
