I was given a used desktop Windows XP pro with Wolfdale1333-D667 Mo. I discovered two problems and don't know how to solve them.
1. I could not get the audio driver Realtek ver. 5.10.05497, which I downloaded from the website and drivers CD, to work. The installation process was successful. The driver is shown in my add and remove programs. However, no audio device is displayed in the sounds, speech, and audio devices.
2. When I plugged a flash drive to the front bottom USB port, nothing happened; when I plugged it to the top USB port, my mouse froze. I had to use my kepboard to restart. However, the back I/O USB ports work fine.
