  • Still significant Core VDROOP in F8b - GA-P67A-UD4

    Hi All.

Been waiting for this to be addressed for a while now, but maybe it's just me.

I have 1.270 set as Core Volts in BIOS, and HW Monitor shows this at idle in Windows nicely. As soon as I start to prime, Core drops to 1.25 and sits there.. It was even worse when i was trying to get 4.5Ghz stable @ 1.32V -Core would drop to around 1.28-1.29.

I have Load Line calibration set to "Enable"

is there anything else I should be setting to minimise this droop?

That is not a very big drop at 1.27, but that is kinda big on the higher voltage though.

Are you using the latest Beta BIOS, if not that is all you can do while they work on adjusting it.
