    Hi there,
I have some problems with my mobo.
first when i hibernate/sleep my pc can't start actually restart's again and again if i close it from power supply boots properly but the date and time from bios has reset like cmos (the same happens when i remove the pc power cable. ) after pc boot i see a msg with two options.
resume windows or delete hibernate data. if i choose the first option i see the windows logo and then a black screen with a blink cursor and nothing happens.
if i choose the second one i login to windows as like as i never have hibernate my pc.
i have google my problem but i dont have find yet a workin solution.
also i have try to reinstall windows i have try different settings on power options and also i have try to change the power options from bios.

what is the proper setting for my bios to hibernate or sleep my pc properly?
    is any problem with battery?

my power supply works fine with another motherboard ( asus striker 2 xtreme) and hibernation also with no probs.

The second prob i have is that i can find drivers for Intel 82566DC-2 Gigabit Network Connection i have try from mobo cd and intel auto detect drivers system with no luck.
in device manager showing the device like no instaled drivers. where i can find drivers to work for this device?

    sorry for my long text

plz let me know any kind of solution.

You need to look in the bios or in easytune/advanced/voltage 1 and tell me qpi/vtt and dram voltage,I guess they set to auto? And do you turn your pc off for long periods if so it might drain your cmos battery causing it to lose time ect

You will be better off manually setting ram speed/timings/voltages
Set spd system multiplier to give you 1600 mhz,set timings/manual/quick and type them in for example 8.8.8.24 command rate 1t,set uncore freq to twice what the memory multiplier is and add one to it for example 8x mem multi would be 17x uncore freq, set dram voltage according to ram, either 1.5v or 1.66v
I cantsee your pic so I don't know how much qpi/vtt voltage but with 12gb I would use around 1.38-1.4v

are u sure that the boot problems occurs from memory settings in default settings.
what is your opinion for the problem with the battery, which loosing date and time after power off psu or remove psu cable from case? all these may effect on my trouble hibernate that i have describe before?

are you available to speak on skype or msn to have a quicker communication?

All hibernate/s3 saves your pc state and resumes from your memory so it could be memory settings/voltages not quite right,as for date/time I'm not sure but it seems like its re setting the cmos?

Set qpi/vtt voltage to 1.38v and dram voltage according to your ram,try the settings I gave you above, you will need different voltages as you have 12gb of ram,I only have 6gb
I've only got my phone at the moment so I can only help you on here

Apolonas you and I have the same motherboard. Wazza has the original ud5 board. But Like he has said the system has to be 100% stabled with ram and other settings for Sleep to work correctly. The other thing I did not see while I looked through the thread was does sleep work at defualt settings? Have you tried removing some of the ram and see if that is effecting sleep. Make sure your ram is working correctly and you have no problems with them. Try running Memtest86+ and make sure their is no errors with your ram.

If sleep does not work at default speed with 12gb or 6gb ram and the ram is "OK" then yes it is probably the board and/or bios issue.

The sleep is working only with S1 state is not working with s3, i have try to remove the two dim of ram (is triple chanel) also when sleep worked hibernate never works..

my ram is triple chanel 12 gb corsair dominator 1600. now in default bios settings works on 1033 if that helps. I will try the program u suggest but the system was extremely stable with ram at 1600. profile1 set from bios.
