WITH THIS IM SUPPOSED TO BURN TV TO CD TOO !
    Hello, SUPPORT WROTE BACK>>>>>>>>>:
The WinTV card should be connected to the sound card through an External
cable. You will need a cable with a 1/8" stereo jacks on both ends. This
cable would get connected from the Win/TV board to the Line-In jack on the
sound card. The WinTV can also be connected to the Sound Card Internally
using an Internal CD audio cable. There is a black audio jack on the TV
board that you can connect to the sound card. you can also use the white
connector on the TV board as a pass through. Connect the CD rom to the TV
card then the TV card to the sound card and you will be able to use both
    devices through the sound card.
In the WinTV2000 application, if you click on the AUD button, the "Mixer ID"
or "Audio Mixer Input" should be set to 'Line' or 'Line-In'. This setting
should allow you to control Windows' Line-In volume. You must also be sure
that the 'Line In' mixer in Windows Volume Control is not muted. To check
this, click on Start - Programs - Acessories - Entertainment - Volume
Control. If the "Mixer ID" or "Audio Mixer Input" is set to Line-In and you
still do not get the audio correctly, try connecting the audio cable to the
Mic in on the sound card. They are sometimes crossed. Especially on some
Compaq systems. If you still do not hear the audio correctly, Try
connecting the speakers directly to the WInTV card. If you do not hear audio
this way then the card is defective and would need to be repaired or replaced.
