Asus P5Q with Pentium D805 or Pentium 4-524

I've had these two CPU's for a bit now and I just acquired this MB, it's BIOS is at 2002.

I can't get either of these chips to work on this MB, it just won't boot. I had a look at the CPU Support list and these aren't on there. But that hasn't really stopped me in the past with other MB's manufacturers.

Am i pooched or is there a bios I can flash too that will get these to work?
