need some advice about overclocking the ram settings in the bios. have not got a clue what all the different settings do or what to set them at. have got my soyo dragon plus motherboard running athlon 1.4 t/bird overclocked @11 x 144 = 1584mhz, vcore @1.90volts computer very stable even after 24 hours burn test. memory is the bottle neck! have 256mb pc2100

DDR memory runs natively at 2.5v, but you can play with it a little bit. This is no guarantee of a better overclock, but you might bump it up to about 2.7v and see if it will let you go higher. Anything over 2.7v and it would be a good idea to look into some sort of active memory cooling setup.

Did not really want to up voltages yet dont think Mobo supports it anyway. There are more aggressive settings you can adjust in the bios but i don't no what to set them too
