I see that the board comes with Marvel SATA ports. While the others are Intel. Whats the difference? I currently have my HD in the Intel port and my Optical drive in the Marvel. Is there a rhyme or reason to these?

Also the manual will tell you NOT to plug optical drives in the Marvel ports.
But Intel = reliability/performance. Also don't plug SSDs into the Marvel ports either.Comment
